Is there a way to test this sensor on the ground cable to see if it’s working? Trying to troubleshoot a “no connection to ECU” problem

Update: Finally found the problem. I replaced the ground strap under the battery box and got it running again. It was fully intact but heavily corroded, replaced it and fired right up
