Question Fedora?

Is fedora the best distro for my Thinkpad t460s with 20gb of ram? I asked Gemini and it's said is fedora for its compatibility, it's true? What is the best?

Was thinking about Fedora for my T490s. Will it allow hibernate or just sleep? Thanks!
