Recommendation Recommendations for servicing a Velux skylight?

Bit of a long shot, but does anyone have any recommendations for getting a Velux skylight serviced? Ideally by a local company.

The Velux is slightly over 4 years and has recently started making some odd noises and the movement has become quite jerky/jittery when closing. It still works, but it definitely doesn’t sound or move like it used to.

Has anyone had something similar and, if so, was it a straightforward service/adjustment or did it end up needing parts replaced?

Also, if you’ve had one serviced recently, roughly what did it cost? A ballpark figure for what’s considered reasonable would be really helpful.

Thanks in advance!
