Belgium Marriage not possible in Belgium due to birth certificate

Hi, I'm a ukranian women who fled the war and am now in Belgium. I met someone here, and have been in a relationship for 3 years, with a Belgian man. Recently, he proposed. We went to the municipality for this, but for now it's not possible. I have a birth certificate from a place in the russian federation. unfortunately without apostill. And in Belgium you can't get married without appostil. Due to the war (russian consulate won't help), We are unable to get married without a long and expensive process legal process that still might turn unfavorable. Can we get married in Europe somewhere without the birth certificate requirement? For religuous purposes also i dont want to start a family wihout being married. If someone nows a good service, that would be very helpfull.

Thanks for the input

Belgium Belgian employer forces me to work in an NL office 5 days a week despite remote contract. Is it legal?

I'm a Dutch citizen living in the Netherlands, employed full-time remote by a Belgian company from 2024 (Belgian contract, Belgian social security). Contract explicitly says "fully remote, occasional office visits". Since January 2026 they suddenly require me to come to their Antwerp office 5 days a week, saying "new policy for team cohesion". No change to salary or contract signed. Commuting would add 3+ hours daily + €200/month train costs, effectively a pay cut.
Under Posted Workers Directive and Belgian/Dutch labour law, can they unilaterally force this? I refused and they threatened disciplinary action. Would reporting to the Inspector SZW in NL or Belgian labour inspection help? Jurisdiction: Belgium (employer), Netherlands (residence). Realistic outcome if I push back?

Belgium Paying €350+ every 3 months for water (2 people) – no leak found, no help from landlord or water company… what now?

Hey everyone,

I’m honestly at a loss here and getting pretty frustrated.

We live with 2 people in a house in Belgium and somehow we’re using ~160 m³ of water per year, paying €350+ every 3 months. That seems completely insane for just two people.

Here’s the thing:

  • We’re careful with water
  • No long showers, nothing excessive
  • No visible leaks
  • Toilets aren’t running
  • No dripping taps

We even went further:

  • Professional leak detection company (Cibor) came by
  • Full test on the pipes → NO LEAK FOUND
  • Installed a pressure regulator after the meter
  • We monitor the meter → usage still way too high

And the most frustrating part:

  • The water company just shrugs it off
  • The landlord does nothing
  • Meanwhile we keep paying ridiculous bills

At this point I feel like:

  • Either the water meter is wrong
  • Or there’s some hidden issue nobody wants to investigate

Questions:

  • Is 160 m³/year actually as crazy as it sounds for 2 people?
  • Has anyone ever had a faulty water meter?
  • How do you even prove that?
  • What would YOU do next in this situation?

Because right now it honestly feels like we’re just being ignored while the bills keep coming.

Any help or ideas would be hugely appreciated.

Belgium US Emergency Passport

Hello I have a question. Long story short, I got robbed in Italy and I had to obtain an US emergency passport. According to the embassy website, France, Belgium and the Netherlands do not accept US emergency passports. Nevertheless, people say that that rule only applies when you arrive to those countries, but since I am already in Schengen area, I can pass through any of those countries with my emergency passport since there are no passport controls. Any experience in this matter? Thank you in advance!

Belgium [Belgium-Netherlands] Wrongfully fined on the train

Countries involved: Belgium, Netherlands.

I had a valid train ticket purchased on NS international between Brussels and Breda, for the EuroCity train. This train got cancelled. I asked an OFFICIAL representative at the Brussels Central station what to do, he told me to just take the next train, showed the next train in his app, and reassured me several times that my ticket will be valid.

Well, the next train was a EuroStar train, which turns out to be a different company, operated by someone else, so they fined me for not having a valid ticket.

Do I have any chance to claim a refund of this fine from anyone? The fine is valid from EuroStars point of view, so I am thinking NS/SNBC who operates EuroCity? Since, their representative gave me wrong information, which does not comply with the EU railroad passenger rights if I understood it correctly?

Because as it stands and after talking to NS and the EuroStar conductors, they are all trying to shift the blame away from themselves. The NS customer support said I would need a written proof? But for what? If I go to an official personnel at a train station, should I now always ask for a written note that my ticket will be valid for the next train? And what sane person with a VALID ticket, would get on a train where they would get fined regardless on purpose?

Belgium Scammed when selling my car (Sweeden)

Edit:

Timeline September 2022: I was defrauded. I filed reports with both the police and the Swedish Enforcement Authority (Kronofogden).

2023–2024: I continued investigating the fraud on my own. After about a year, I received a reply from Kronofogden stating that they could not assist me. Every law firm I contacted declined to take on the case. I received confirmation that I would not receive any compensation from my car insurance. Each time I called the police case officer, I was told they still had not reviewed my case due to lack of time.

2025: Nothing happened until November, when I filed a formal complaint against the police. I was then informed that they had only started reviewing my case in the summer of 2025, and the only action they had taken was to forward it to the public prosecutor. I am now seeking advice on the possibility of reclaiming the car, as finding the fraudsters or obtaining compensation from them seems impossible.

The Fraud

In September 2022, I listed my AMG GT S for sale on Blocket.se. A company called CH Bil in Skåne contacted me, offering to sell the car on consignment. They told me they had a buyer who would purchase my car through them. We signed a contract stating that if their buyer did not complete the purchase within 14 days, then CH Bil in Skåne would buy the car from me themselves for the agreed price of 985,000 SEK.

Later, I discovered that my car was listed for sale in the Netherlands on Mobile.de. I contacted Mak Auto & Techniek to confirm that it was indeed my car and that the person who sold it to them was the fraudster. This was confirmed. Without knowing more at the time, I waited for the police to take action and issue a notice so the car could be flagged or stopped from being sold again. Suddenly, I received information that the car had already been sold on to Belgium, and Mak Auto & Techniek refused to disclose the buyer. According to the Dutch road authorities, the transaction seemed questionable.

I hope this provides a clearer overview of the situation, and I hope some of you may have advice or suggestions on what steps I can take moving forward. Thank you in advance.

Belgium I downloaded private information of my company to my computer. (Belgium)

Hello, I live in Belgium and have gotten into a complicated situation.

Six weeks ago, a coworker messaged me he wanted to talk to me in private, and told me HR files were online and unprotected. He sent me the website with the unprotected files, and I went to the website and downloaded the files on my work PC and my private desktop at home, just to confirm it was actual protected data that was at risk of getting leaked.

The day after I told HR about the data breach and never looked back at the files and whatnot. They then told me they were going to look into it.

Now back to the current day, HR told me they wanted to speak to me and they questioned me about what happened with a lawyer present. Afterwards, they told me I had two options, either leave the company or they would fire me. If I left the company, they said they wouldn't press charges. Otherwise, they said I could get a fine of up to 100k euros and a prison sentence of 6 months up to two years based on GDPR laws. The person who originally sent me the link of the data already got fired.

They want me to decide tomorrow, and I'll try to get in contact with a lawyer before they make me decide, but I fear I won't have enough time to present my case to a lawyer and get proper advice before they summon me to tell them my decision.

Does anyone have any advice as to what I should do from here?

Belgium I was pulled over for driving at 136 km/h on a 90 km/h road, what can I expect?

To clarify, this concerns Belgian law

On a quiet Sunday morning, I was driving far too fast on the R4 (maximum 90 km/h); I know, it was really stupid. I’m ashamed of it. I didn’t put anyone in danger because it was a stretch of road with no entrance/exit ramps and it was very quiet. But still, it’s inexcusable.

According to the officer, I was driving at 136 km/h.

I was pulled over and questioned on the spot. The officer said I was ‘lucky’, because in his view I was only speeding (i.e. not driving unnecessarily on the left, didn’t forget to use my indicators, didn’t put anyone else in danger, cooperated fully and remained polite)

Because of all this, he told me that, although his boss had told him to call the public prosecutor’s office, he wasn’t going to do so and would simply tell his boss that he’d called them. I then had to give a short statement by their car and was allowed back on the road.

I only have an M18 driving licence (provisional licence, having completed 20 hours of driving with a test). A provisional M18 driving licence allows you to learn to drive without a supervisor in Belgium, once you have passed a test.

Incidentally, this is also my first offence.

What can I expect? What penalty will I face? Will I be summoned to court?

Belgium Vendor demanded over +100% extra payment 2 months after full prepayment of PC parts, because of RAM prices and then cancelled orders today. Poland/Belgium. What I can do ?

Hello everyone,

I am looking for advice on how to proceed against a computer hardware vendor based in Poland. I am dealing with a mix of B2B and B2C orders, significant delays, retroactively changed Terms & Conditions, and a unilateral cancellation.

Here is the timeline and the facts:

1. The Orders (October 21, 2025)
I placed two separate pre-paid orders with the Vendor on computer parts:

  • [Prof Business]: B2B order for company I work for. Value: ~3,000 EUR.
  • [Prof Private]: Consumer order for me personally. Value: ~1,984 EUR.

The Vendor explicitly acknowledged the distinction in writing: "Attached are two proformas: [Prof Business] – company, [Prof Private] – private person."

I paid both in full. On October 23, 2025, the Vendor confirmed receipt of funds and confirmed that invoices would be issued upon delivery (citing EU trade rules). I consider the contracts effectively concluded at this point.

2. The Silence & The "Trap"
For two months, the Vendor was silent. They did not signal any issues, unavailability, or price changes.
Crucial Context: Before ordering, I specifically asked for servers compatible with NVIDIA RTX 5090 FE/ 6000 PRO cards. Based on their confirmation, I purchased these GPUs separately from other vendors (approx. $2,000 value, I waited with others). These GPUs are useless to me without these specific server parts.

3. The Demand (December 18, 2025)
Two months later, the Vendor emailed stating they cannot fulfill the orders at the agreed prices due to "market instability" and "supplier price hikes."
They proposed a new price: ~9,950 EUR Net (compared to the original total of ~5,000 EUR).

They gave me an ultimatum: Accept the massive price hike or they cancel the order.
Note: They also directed me to a new set of Terms & Conditions (dated November 2025—after my contract was formed) which includes clauses allowing them to delay or demand more documents/money indefinitely.

4. My Refusal & Their Retaliation
I refused the price hike, stating that the contract was concluded in October and they held my money for 2 months without securing the stock. I demanded delivery at the agreed price.

The Vendor replied (Dec 25, 2025) changing their narrative. They are now claiming that my [Prof Private] order is actually a B2B order because:

  • The equipment is "complementary" to the business order.
  • Correspondence came from a similar email domain.
  • Delivery address is the same.

They are doing this to strip me of Consumer Protection rights regarding the private order.

5. The Cancellation
Since I did not agree to the price increase, the Vendor has now informed me that they have cancelled both orders citing their internal regulations.

6. My Damages

  • Financial Loss: They have held ~5,000 EUR of my capital for months.
  • Useless Hardware: I have ~$2,000 worth of GPUs bought specifically for this build that are now sitting idle.
  • Opportunity Cost: If they had told me in October they couldn't deliver, I could have bought servers elsewhere. Market prices have since risen, so buying the same spec now will cost me significantly more than the original contract price. At least 12 k Euro because there was a lot of RAM there.

7. What I have done so far.

  • Send name report to UKOiK in Poland
  • Contacted ECC Poland, They told me to contact ECC Belgium but tehy don't accept the new cases as office stop existing. https://www.eccbelgium.be/your-rights/submitting-a-complaint-to-the-ecc
  • Tried to contact Local regional layer to classify the order based on my location registered in Poland. But I have trouble to get contact

What more I should do the RAM prices situation go out of control and I completely stuck what to do now as it seems I will not get much help from ECC UKOiK ?
If I buy now I will lose money and maybe I will fight back and get this hardware at the end. It was my biggest investment yet ....

Belgium Police seized my items(card knifes). What now?

Hello.

I never done any offences, and now I really don't know what to do.

Yesterday I was in Ciney-military expo, Belgium(I'm not from Belgium) helping my brother to sell some collectables (mostly WW2 clothes, belts, replicas). He also had some cheap aliexpress items, and they were at my table near him and Police came(without uniforms), and told me that one item I'm selling is card knife. I didn't know that was illegal, and feel pretty stupid about it now when googling about this.

They just took photo of my ID, I gave them my e-mail address and they siezed about 20-30 of those knifes, and told me that I can continue selling other stuff, just that I will get details via mail. My brother came and told that It was his stand but they didn't seem to care.

I asked them if I'm in trouble, and what happens next, but their english was kinda bad, and he said that he doesn't know?

The whole encounter was kind of ... weird. They didn't even count the items, put them in any kind of evidence bag, he just kinda stuffed them in his backpack. He also didn't identify himself (2 other guys were with him), I asked them if they were police, and then he said that he forgot to identify himself and showed me his card that looked like some kind of ID and it said "POLICE". He allowed me to take photo of it, but I'm not posting it. Other than that, they were nice, tried to explain but there definetely was a language barrier present.

I have literally no idea how to deal with this.

What can I expect now? Am I in trouble? What to do next?

Belgium Driving undocumented across europe

Is it illegal for an European citizen to drive a person with no documents from Belgium to Spain, crossing France? The undocumented person is supposed to have a residency permit in Spain but doesn't have the document, only photocopies of the documents.

Edit: my wording is probably incorrect from a legal stand point. I don't know if this is considered an undocumented person. All I know is they don't have any legal documents on them, eh, a passport or ID card.

Belgium Dealership ordered wrong car (missing options) despite charging for them – What are our rights? (Belgium)

Hi Reddit,

My parents are in a difficult situation with a large car dealership in Belgium, and I’m looking for some advice. Here is the timeline of what happened:

  1. Initial Order: My parents signed an initial order form. A day later, they called the salesperson to add two additional options.
  2. New Order Form: The salesperson emailed a revised order form. My parents signed it, but accidentally sent it back to the wrong email address.
  3. The Mistake: The salesperson proceeded with the first order (without the options) without following up on the missing signed document or notifying my parents.
  4. Payment: A few weeks ago, my parents received the official invoice. This invoice explicitly listed the two extra options. My parents paid the invoice in full.
  5. Delivery: When they went to pick up the car a few days ago, the options were missing. The dealership had ordered/delivered the wrong configuration.

My parents refused to take delivery and left the car at the dealership. The salesperson is being very difficult, claiming they are not at fault because they never received the second signed order form. We are currently waiting for a response from the dealership's management.

Our question: Since the dealership issued an invoice for the car including the options and accepted payment for it, don't we have a strong legal case? In our view, the invoice serves as the final, binding agreement of what was sold.

Does anyone have experience with this or tips on how to handle a large dealership in this situation?

Thanks in advance for any info!

Belgium Chilean citizen in Belgium: asylum withdrawn after work permit, what are his options now?

Hi everyone,

I’m writing on behalf of a friend from Chile who is currently in Belgium.

He applied for asylum due to political reasons. Afterwards, he found a job and received an immatriculation card (the orange card) first valid for 3 months, then extended for another 6 months.

Recently, however, the Immigration Office (DVZ) withdrew his card and cancelled his asylum application.

He now has 30 days to leave Belgium according to the order he received.

We are trying to understand: • What does this mean legally? • Does he still have options to appeal or apply for regularisation? • Can he remain in Belgium legally if he continues to work and pay taxes?

Any advice, information, or similar experiences would be really appreciated. Thank you! 🙏

Belgium Can I apply for Temporary Protection in Belgium if I already have permanent residence in Slovakia?

Hi everyone,

I’m originally from Ukraine, but I currently have long-term/permanent residence in Slovakia (unlimited stay). I now want to move and live in Belgium, and I already have accommodation arranged there.

My question is: am I still eligible to apply for Temporary Protection in Belgium, or would my residence status in Slovakia affect this?

Has anyone been in a similar situation or knows how Belgian authorities handle cases like this

Belgium Legal advice - Parental abandonment (Belgium) NSFW

Hello everyone,

My father, 79 years old, intends to return to Belgium after 40 years of living in South Africa. In the 80s he abandoned his first wife and 3 kids and followed my mom (2nd wife) to South Africa. We lived there until the late 90s until my mom left him, and moved back to Belgium with me, cause he was irresponsible and financially taking advantage of her. One time he even hit her and I was there when it happened. My mom requested a divorce, he refused to sign the papers, 2 to 3 years later the divorce became legally automatic even if the other party doesn't sign. He found out years later on Facebook when he saw pictures that my mom married my stepdad.

My dad wasn’t present in my life. He sent a text message once every 2 to 3 years and always forgot my birthday. He came to Belgium for a week to visit once but only saw him for a few hours.
My dad met his third wife in South Africa and stayed with her for 15 to 20 years. She wants to retire, sell her house and get rid of my dad cause she is also fed up of his crap.
He takes advantage of people, smoked cigarettes like a chimney his entire life, has high cholesterol and blood pressure which led him to lose his leg 2 years ago cause of a blood clot.

He intends to come back to Belgium and already bought his plane ticket. I phoned and confronted him cause this scares me. He tells me that Grapa will help him financially and he’ll get money from the CPAS cause he still has his Belgian passport and they will find social lodgings for him quickly (which I highly doubt). He told me he only has 1000€ to his name!

He says he is aware of Article 205 which obliges the children to help parents if the parent is in need. He says he will not use it but I don’t trust him. Besides that there will be medical bills and other stuff which if he doesn’t pay they will come knocking on my door.

My elder half brother, from my dad’s first marriage, has all the documents he needs to prove abandonment (also Belgian documents proving my dad didn't pay child support).

Sadly my mom passed away 11 years ago. She requested child support from him but not officially though cause he was still living in South Africa.

I need to prepare and protect myself. 1) How can I prove abadonment? How can I seperate myself from him if debtors come knocking on my door if he fails to pay his bills? What else can I do to protect myself legally?

Belgium Unable to pay traffic fine

Hi everyone!

United States Citizen here!

I was recently in the Netherlands and Belgium and received a traffic violation through camera for going down a wrong way on a rental car. Hertz NL has stated that the authorities will send an invoice to my address on file.

My address was out of date and I have no clue how to receive this ticket to pay. Netherlands traffic board (CJIB) do not accept email and their chat cannot find my infraction. I have tried to contact Belgium (Federal Public Justice) as well (as that's where my ticket originally was) and they also do not accept email but I cannot call them either to find out the ticket number.

I am going back to Netherlands for work in January. Would this cause any issue coming back into the country?

Would it be fruitful to figure out a way to call internationally to get it resolved?

Thank you all in advance!

Belgium Panicked over a potential defamation/lawsuit regarding "similar art" comment online that sparked outrage.

Location: Belgium
I'm looking for some peace of mind regarding this whole ordeal...

A few days ago I made a comment on Twitter/X stating that:

"Artwork Y" is "heavily inspired" by "Artwork X"...

I did NOT use any words like "stolen" "plagiarized" or "copied".
All I did was state my public opinion on the art but one thing led to another and a few days later the situation escalated online with the whole internet accusing said company of "Artwork Y" for potentially using AI tools that are either trained on "Artwork X" or took references from it...

The creators of "Artwork X" have since made a public post stating they will sue the creators of "Artwork Y" because they suspect that their artwork might have been either stolen and trained on AI without consent or possibly used as reference idk...

I NEVER made ANY claim about AI nor did I ever accuse any one of them of any technical/legal wrongdoings online, all I did was I only commented on the visuals saying: "it is heavily inspired".
I didn't even know it was AI when i first saw it until people mentioned it...

Either way, I am a RANDOM individual/citizen and I'm NOT a competitor OR a large account and out of extreme stress and panic over the past few days that made me physically ill I have deactivated my Twitter/X account to remove my comment and distance myself from this entire situation because it made me very anxious and stressed, and it gave me constant nosebleeds for the past few days in a row now.. so :

  1. Does saying that "This is heavily inspired by X" constitute defamation or libel in Belgium/EU..??
  2. Can I be pulled into a lawsuit meant for people making specific AI-training accusations if I only talked about "inspiration"...?
  3. Since I have yet deactivated my account what is the actual likelihood of anyone being able to pursue legal action against a individual/citizen for a single opinion post online...?

Any advice on the legal reality of this would be really really appreciated because i am a little stressed, thank you...

Belgium Avoiding legal problems with copyrighted samples in my music

Hi my Europeans friends

I'm a DIY rapper from Belgium. I do everything myself from beatmaking, singing, creating cover arts and promotion. I have somewhat of an issue with my beats I'd love to get insights on from a professional.

Most of my beats exist from samples I found on the internet. I often use copyrighted work as my melodies as for me personally these samples have more emotion in them. I tend to chop, reverse or distort these samples to make them unrecognisable, but that goes with the cost of the emotion of the original sample.

I want to use melody samples in a way that it's still recognisable (but not a complete 1:1 copy). I'm a huge fan of pitching and slowing the sample, as well as adding additional layers (other melodies or drums). That way my work is less likely to be terminated by the platform's algorithm.

I see a lot of popular songs of artists who sample and give the impression they get away with it? Below I added some examples with the original artist of the sample and views on Youtube Music:

-Save me from Chief Keef (34.000.000 views, Katy Perry smp)

- Morning Dew from Bones (28.000.000 views, Grimes smp

-Panda from Desiigner (820.000.000 views, Sin City [movie] smp)

-Look At Me! from XXXTENTACION (888.000.000 views, Mala smp)

I'm conviced the songs above have samples that aren't cleared, but I can't confirm it. In case there's a song that has been cleared without my knowledge, let me know and I'll remove it from the list.

I also tried using synthesizers (and I still do), but there's the emotion that's missing from an existing sample. Sometimes I use royalty free samples too, but these often have the same issue or aren't easy to manipulate in my own music.

My preference really is using copyrighted samples, and my question is could I get legal problems for rapping on copyrighted music fragments in Europe. If possible I would appreciate if you could tell me how I can avoid potential problems, but not give up on samples (entirely).

Some extra important information below:

I only post my music on: Youtube, SoundCloud, BandCamp and Audiomack.

I only have 1 fan at this moment in time, my fanbase is nearly unexistent.

Thank you very much for your contribution! Kind regards

Belgium Paid for international shipping from Belgium - parcel never left the country and no refund was offered

Hi everyone,

I am not an EU resident, but the service was purchased and accepted in Belgium.
I’m sharing this experience for awareness and to understand if others have faced something similar.

In July last year, I shipped two Tomorrowland tents from Antwerp to Mexico using bpost. The parcel was accepted at the counter and paid for as an international shipment.

At no point was I informed that the parcel exceeded international size limits.

The shipment never left Belgium and remained unaccounted for for almost two months. After multiple follow-ups, I was finally told that the parcel could not be shipped internationally due to size restrictions.

I was instructed to provide a Belgian address so the parcel could be delivered locally instead.
No refund option was presented, despite the international service paid for never being provided.

The case was later closed because the parcel was “not lost” and internal regulations were followed.

I understand regulations exist, but the gap between process compliance and customer outcome is frustrating, especially when an international service is accepted, paid for, and later deemed impossible without reimbursement.

Has anyone experienced something similar with international shipping from Belgium?
Is this considered standard practice under EU consumer protection rules?

Thanks for reading.

Hello everyone, I moved out of my old apartment in November 2018. I had two months' rent as a security deposit, held in escrow in a bank account. During the final inspection, conducted just like the initial one between the landlord and myself, the landlord told me everything was fine and that he would return my deposit minus the utility costs. I had so many problems with him during the two years I lived in his apartment that I asked him to write this in the final inspection report, which he did and even signed. I waited almost a year for the statement of charges. He finally sent it, and I was supposed to be reimbursed about thirty euros... Following that, he put a note in my mailbox saying that some things had disappeared from the apartment because he didn't remember, but apparently his wife did... I've never seen the items he mentions, and they're not listed in either the initial or final inventory of fixtures... In the end, he wants me to lose about a hundred euros because of him...

I went to the Justice of the Peace once, where the judge told us it was to try to reach a mutual agreement, but if we couldn't, I would have to take him to court... My question is, he has most likely moved to another country, as that was his initial choice. What can I do now? If I go to court and he doesn't show up, will they be able to release my deposit? Especially since I have all the evidence with me... And if I win in court, can I claim compensation from the landlord? Thank you

Belgium (Belgium) Student Accomodation refusing repairs and implications on Security deposit

Hi everyone,

Exchange student here. A few months ago, a glass light fixture in my bathroom spontaneously shattered. I reported it immediately to the management company, and they promised a repair.

Since then, no one showed up to fix it, which is worrying me since I’m moving out at the end of June (using the early termination clause for students) and I’m worried they’ll try to keep part of my deposit (€1k+).

My questions are:

1) Can they legally deduct this, despite it clearly being not being force majeure, and it was reported months ago, without them never showed up?

2) What's the best way to handle the exit inspection (état des lieux) so I'm not bullied into paying for their lack of maintenance (there have been other instances where they took their time to sort out other maintenance issues, but this is taking it too far IMO?

TL;DR: Bathroom light shattered spontaneously months ago. Reported but ignored. How do I protect my deposit when I leave in June?

Belgium Is this copyright infringement or not?

Hello! I’m planning on making a tiny drawing based on details (a wallpaper, a shoe, a bouquet of flowers) from an English television series. Am I allowed to this in my own style (not realistic) or not, due to copyright? If you need more information to decide please let me know!

Location: Belgium

Belgium How difficult is it to change your surname in Morocco as a dual national?

I know this is a european only space but there's no r/legaIadvicemorocco unfortunatly, so im trying my chances here, so I recently changed my family name in my birth country (Belgium), but now my ID and moroccan ID mismatch, I've heard that changing your name in Morocco is really hard and requires a strong reason. But if I argue that the mismatch causes administrative inconsistency, and causes for confusion at the border bc of two different surnames, does that not suffice as a strong reason? Did anyone have a similar situation or legal knowledge to answer this question? I don't feel like going to the consulate just to be rejected immediately + moroccan administration s*cks ahh, last time i went they p*ssed me off
