Trusted tour guide companies with great prices for first-time solo travelers?

Hello, I'm 25F hoping to visit Kyrgyzstan for a solo trip this coming August. I'm wondering what are great tour guide/companies are well trusted when visiting the country? I'm planning to stay one day in Bishkek then hopefully would love to go the rest of the week to places like Altyn Arashan and Song-kul. I would love to try out hiking easy-medium trails with great views, horse-riding and staying in yurts, so any tried and true suggestions (especially for solo female travelers) would be great!

Also open to joining group tours, I would prefer that over being alone with a guide.
