Help Question

I was wondering if the kiwix hotspot would let me do basic web browsing, or atleast allows me to play fps games on steam like TF2, CS2 or Blackwake? Would I be able to browse or see Reddit posts using it?

No, it’s a captive collection of sites. It doesn’t allow Internet access of any kind.  You can browse its contents.

Oh, is there anything then that's like your own mini internet that still allows you to play steam games or browse Reddit that's not an isp or a very privacy focused isp. If not than is there archive.org saved or downloaded as one of the captive collection of sites?

Steam games will require access to the steam server to periodically validate the license afaik.  If you want to own games outright you might want to try something like GoG.  You can install games on a local PC and have at it.

I know but isn't it possible for some sort of connection to trick steam into thinking I have proper internet and allowing me to connect to their servers?

Not a chance.  It’s using asymmetric key encryption.
