Two ways to look at it. One is that's a genuine critique to help the artist improve in the future. The other is that Kamala is the sort of person who would intentionally strike a pose for a photo that involves incorrect/impossible anatomy, for her own amusement

Kamala intentionally creating extra fingers while she does something stupid so she can claim it’s AI if any of her friends find a picture of it

Yes, hehehe, I got confused with the inking and coloring and accidentally added an extra finger's width where there wasn't any.
