Yup, as insane as it sounds, Yellup has 3 silvers and 1 bronze, but no gold. In fact, im pretty sure Yellup holds the record for most individual participations without a single gold. And now with Yellim winning, every member on the team has at least one gold medal aside from him, both current and former (Yelley also has a gold)

I thought for sure the Razzies were getting last after their bad throw. Then five teams, including the Indigo Stars, proceed to do even worse than us and we get an alright five points lol. I’ll take it. I just hope that this isn’t the start of a second half collapse.

The lead is also cut down by five points, but a new challenger has entered the title fight, Mellow Yellow!

For sure. It’s likely to be Yellow or Gogo as MVM since both are tied on 50 points, but Gogo scoring zero in this event (their third event while this was Yellow’s second) really lowered their chances

The Racers and the Stars threw really badly today, they're meant to expand the lead not sit there. They're lucky they're still top 2.

Thank God for that Speeders bronze, I needed the cleanser after watching that Rojos and Limers run. I mean, WOW. I expect at least one shitty event for either, but both on the same event is not good for my mental. Limers, especially, are too close for comfort to the relegation zone, please get another medal.

Back to more positive news, Speeders are back in contention. Unfortunately, Snowballs MY did enough to jump the Speeders (tho still in striking distance), while Pinkies did just enough to NOT get leapfrogged. 

Halfpipe is coming next, this Saturday. We have had decent results in the past, a few duds, if I recall, but I'm actually feeling optimistic going in. Don't make me regret it, please.

Man it sucks that Hazers scored a really good run for sixth but the podium just was not friendly to them in any way. Still only 5 back from the Snowballs in fourth, but that bronze medal gap to Mellow Yellow will probably not come down soon since Halfpipe is not a strong event, quite the opposite. In the meantime I'm looking forward to the Underwater Race.

Were I the top 5 I'd start sweating, the Speeders just went back-to-back podiums; still, at least the run-in looks to be way more open.

Calling it now, if the Jawbreakers actually perform well enough to warrant a second lease on life and Team Primary bottoms out I am calling for the PRockets to take the latter's place.

I crunched some number and apparently the Hazers have officially scored their 800th point! 13 back from the 'bolts' tally! More importantly, I think the Speeders have scored now 1,601 points, which is more than double the Hazers' ENTIRE League record.

10th is "fine", but it would mean more if netting points bumped us up the standings. With the way things are going, not even back to back podium wins will get us far now. It just feels like an extra kick to the teeth knowing how strong we finished last season and now we're limping to do anything.

I'm so tired. Whoever screwed it up for us a few events ago with that DNF or dead last finish probably bungled the season for us.

Exactly what you said, we can't even manage decent performances now, we're getting double digit placements, the best we fucking did was probably 6TH at like what, the first 3 events? Everyday I fucking log on to see my team do shit and feel miserable.

Mathematically with this PPE of <5 per event we're on set to finish with only 78 fucking points, assuming we don't screw this up even further. We might be able to scrape past the anti-record, but boy is this a fucking scourge on our record.

In a nutshell, we're fucking cooked. I've stopped hoping anything for this team. Just get the fucking season over and done with, please. I don't even think we can AQ. We'll just go back to our showdown basement for 9 more years, after our 15 minutes of fame.

Can someone do a wellness check on them? Something is off here and seeing others essentially do laps around them while they're just dying on a wheel feels wrong somehow. The anti record is going to be the roast of the season for Thesaurus if he goes there with it.

This really is just agonizing like you said. We spent more years in the basement than we have actually participating and this is our legacy. It's going to overshadow everything we accomplished last season by a landslide.

may not have been a gold, but THIS is exactly what we needed to get ourselves competing again. we may have only moved up to 4th for now, but we are one gold medal away from the leader. that being said, it’s very close between us and 8th, and one gold for anyone 9th-3rd will theoretically move them up to where 2nd-1st are. i was wrong in my judgement to count us out after the sprint, and i apologize for that. with effort like this, anything can happen, and who knows what that will be?

regarding the showdown, swarm sits in the middle, and as long as that stays, then i have nothing else more to say. only halfway done means there’s still more to come, and i’ll be snowing up for each one of those. peace 🤍✌️🤍

I didn’t expect a medal this time but at least we weren’t dead last. Halfpipe is next which we aren’t terrible at we got 5th in it back in 2024 and since the previous medal winners Jumpers and BOC didn’t qualify we only have the green ducks to worry about this time

We also got silver in half-pipe at Marble League All-Stars, also in '24. Half-pipe is actually one of our stronger events. Besides the Ducks, we also have to worry about the Kitties, who got bronze in all-stars, 7th in the regular ML 2024, and won a silver in the event in ML 2020.
