E Bikes

Just venting but I am sick and tired of these dumbass kids and these e bikes. I just almost got smashed by one and saw another one riding his down Highlands Drive in the wrong direction.

Shame our cops can’t be bothered to enforce anything. 

These kids act like absolute morons and one of them is going to run into a car without a helmet and die and ruin someones life.

Cops actually talked about this in community meeting. They dont have an enforcement mechanism in place. Unless they are caught actively obstructing traffic or sidewalk, there is nothing cops can do but talk to parents and parents do know their kids are doing this. They are just ignorant parents that dont care.

The kids obviously stay clear of the road when cops are around.

There are clear laws they are breaking if they are on an e-motorcycle without a license. The cops can enforce that.

How do they stop them? These bikes always run and no agency is allowing the pursuit of a kid on a motorcycle for a license violation
