E Bikes

Just venting but I am sick and tired of these dumbass kids and these e bikes. I just almost got smashed by one and saw another one riding his down Highlands Drive in the wrong direction.

I was driving on Highlands last week and a kid on a bike blasted through one of the intersections on a red light. Fortunately, I saw him coming. If I had been any heavier on my accelerator, like I see a lot of Teslas and BMWs doing the second a light turns green, we would have hit each other. Wasn't even wearing a helmet.

How long do you wait after a light turns green and what kid of car do you drive?

Right, and my point is, I see MANY drivers not paying attention. This isn't specific to our area, but if you walk down the street one day, pay attention to the cars driving by. A significant number clearly are looking at their phones. This kid got lucky.

Dear lord, so you lay hate on your neighbors driving cars you don't like paying attention by proceeding through an intersection when the light turns green, then blame them for watching their phones and not paying attention.

I have nothing against the cars dude, they're just the ones I see most often laying heavy on their accelerators the second the light turns. Chill.
