Question Weighted vest

Any advice on a good 10KG weighted vest/plate carrier that is comfortable for runs ect…

As someone training for the next recruit phase, this sent me down a bit of a rabbit hole for the expected weight you’d carry on a loaded/fully kitted march or run.

The answers were vague, it was 10-14 or 10+14 across chest and rucksack, but another result was the for the ARW induction. 29.5kg for a 60km march.

Fucking different beasts all together.

I’m being honest, I’ve seen guys who run with backpacks when they fall behind in marches; jump from too high on obstacle courses. It better to be not the best, than to ruin your knees
