Recommendations for 5ish gallon container

I have one of these it seems to be about the dimensions of a 5 gallon? Obviously wouldn't be able to have a heat lamp so it would have to be something good w/room temperature.

If you're recommending isopods, I'd love for a specific type recommendation

If you modify it (more ventilation and some form of lock) you could definitely have a tarantula in there!

I find it so funny that this is the first notification my phone gives me when turned back on because I just stabbed the shit out of myself while attempting to add more ventilation🤣

I may have to pick up some fish tank locks and see how well those would work because a tarantula does sound really interesting.

Came to say this!! Currently have 7 adults in some modified ones of these! You can even buy clips off Etsy that people make for them to lock lids down!

Cannot stress locks. I lost pets to my cousin's "feedings" growing up. Came home to my baby garter snakes taik hanging from my toads mouth. Never did find my tarantula.

My toad was a massive specimen weighed in at 408 grams. Was white and grey. I was too young to learn the species.

Oooooo I’d definitely suggest isopods and/or millipedes! I love cubaris species but theres so many species out there. Do you want color or activity? And I’d totally recommend Maui millipedes!!

I'm leaning more towards color or just something unique but I'll take literally any suggestions.

Ok then I’d suggest armadillidium species cause they get some beautiful color and are super easy to care for. Also totally agree with pink dragon millipedes but I know Maui’s are very prolific breeders and great starter pedes! Could also do larger species like flat backed millipedes. Cherrys and yellows flats are stunning
