luckily the tank only looked like the first image for a week or so, thanks to the advice of people in this sub i upgraded their enclosure and continue to add more all the time and change it up so they don't get bored. so thank you for the advice, this sub really makes a difference in invert lives!

They’ve been working really hard because these guys have such a low breeding in captivity rate that they’ve been really trying to get it to work and I was following their story for a while! It’s not a bad thing by any means as far as I’m aware
