Beetle Jelly for Texas Ironclad?

We are new Texas Ironclad Beetle parents and want to make beetle jelly, but aren't sure if they like the typical "banana, honey" types of jelly. We were thinking of using agar-agar, powdered dried lichen, mushroom powder, some sweet potato, and spirulina for our mix.

Has anyone had experience with making custom jelly for their particular beetle's diet? Any tips? Things we should leave out or add?
