Modding New syncretic mod Advice
Hello,
I finalised my mod to spawn sub roman syncretic cultures(https://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=3150883882). I would like some advice on what on the mod i could improve. I wont follow on decision or events bc i dont have much time but anything to help me fix performance and quality in the cultures( name etc...) i will appreciate. Also, which other culture i should now expand? I was thinking about a greek sub cultures syncretic mod or germanic one. Let me know what the community would love to have!

One thing I would like to see is cultural progression: for example, as the timeline continues, cultures may not necessarily syncretize, but evolve depending on what paths you chose! For example, you're playing as one of the Illyrians in the Balkans, and as time goes on, you would eventually progress so that your culture changes to "High Illyrian" to where you get both the heavy Cavalry and the Archers that the neighboring Celts and Greeks utilize in their own levy compositions.
Another idea for this is to give this to Rome, for example, at the beginning of the game, Rome and Marsia starts out with the Latin Culture, which would have a levy composition closer to Etruria's. And only later on would Rome be able to take advantage of its wealth to reform its armies, and become the "Roman" culture, and then, later on as you expand your presence further and further, you would eventually be able to reform into the "Imperial Roman" culture which is like the Erythrean culture which has a bunch of units in its levy composition, which in this case while the heavy infantry would remain the stars of the show, there would also be light infantry, light cavalry, and spearmen like before, but also heavy cavalry, archers, and maybe even war elephants?
This would, of course, be tied to the wealth and ranking that the country in question has achieved, as such a comprehensive military reform would no doubt be very expensive, with some cultures having the limits be different on a case-by-case basis due to the differences in starting conditions, etc.
I think Italy would be the most ideal place to start out with this, I have some more ideas for how such cultures could progress, at least with how they're named.
