All I can guess is that the devs are hoping the 2sec delay will be the balancing factor here, since Toy Merch wasn't all that great until they shortened her animations...??
U would have to have a pretty insane distance on the hunter already to pull this off mid kite, seems like it would be more useful for just avoiding a kite u didn't want to take (that's still super powerful esp late game tho)
It kind of depends on if she can use her pallet run and this right after, or if all her abilities share the same cooldown or different ones (or maybe I don’t understand her) but the animation is short enough with her run and or a pallet stun she could use it. Even broken windows against a slow hunter might be enough if she’s in a good position
