I've seen people justify this ever since we found out the umbrella actually has a limit.

But still - this is too much flexibility and control for a huge distance making mechanic. Yes, she has limited use, but if this gets pulled off correctly, you might as well abandon chase or lose whole ciphers.

The catapult is much more rigid, gives lower height and shorter distance, requires precise set up, and you get an aura of its location.

No but why do they give her the ability to jump to/from places where neither Aeroplanist, nor Toymerchant can get to/get out off???
