Isnt her ability non-rechargable and limited to 3 only though?

She can essentially reset chase 3 times. Give her flywheel and that's 3 resets + an extend, which would give any team above worker bee around 1.5-2 minutes of cipher progress for free. Yeah, 'only' three.

And TM only has 2 catapults and can't do most of those jumps.
