I'm from Davao City, pero based ngayon sa Cebu City.

This is mainly inspired by posts of u/PM_ME_UR_ANIME_WAIFU and u/peenoiseAF___ .I really wanted to make a commute guide for Cebu for the convenience sa lahat ng residents and tourists dinhi sa Sugbo (especially that this sub is mainly Metro Manila and Luzon-based). Pero this time, mga common destinations/transit hubs sa Metro Cebu. (Probably soon, Metro Davao naman.)

As you can tell, ibang-iba ang sistema ng jeep dito sa Cebu. Here they use number-letter codes as reference for jeepney routes, but don't be intimidated. As long as you familiarize yourself with what the numbers mean, you can easily know which jeep, bus, or any other transport to take.

We do have modern jeepneys and some don't have route codes, so it's best to check out the signboards saan sila dadaan.

Feedbacks are appreciated, especially to places that I'm not familiar to Mandaue, Talisay, and Lapulapu /Cordova area. I'll try to check this post every day via the mobile app to respond and update more information.

Hello po! I'll be traveling solo to Cebu soon and will be staying at Zerenity Hotel and Suites (near Ayala Malls Central Bloc and McDonald's Aegis).

I have questions po:

1.) May direct route po ba from Mactan Airport to Zerenity Hotel or kahit sa Ayala Mall Central Bloc? If yes, anong bus/jeepney route po ang sasakyan?

2.) If wala pong direct route, anong jeep po ang sasakyan ko from SM City Cebu? (I've read po na pwede yung MyBus from Airport to SM City Cebu pero medyo malayo pa yung SM from the hotel kaya need pa po ng another sakay)

3.) Anong bus/jeep po ang sasakyan if the route is from Zerenity Hotel to OceanJet Ferry Terminal?

1. There is currently no direct route from MCIA to IT Park. There used to be last year from MyBus pero tinanggal dahil lugi.

2. The only route that goes to IT Park from SM City is the 04L jeep but it doesnt go direct sa terminal near Ayala Central Bloc. Sa harap lang ng IT Park yan dadaaan. Kailangan pang lakaran ang hotel.

3. The route na malapit-lapit sa Pier 1 kung saan andun yung Oceanjet is 17C o 17D, bababa kayo sa Plaza Indepedencia, then lakad pa Pier 1.

An alternative is to take the yellow multicab or the MI-05A modern jeep, baba sa Marina Mall. Tawid sa highway sa tapat ng Island Central Mall at antayin nyo yung Ceres bus papuntang IT Park.

Pwede rin kayo mag-taxi o Grab pa Mactan Newtown para sure kayo makasakay dun sa Ceres bus.
