Ve commodore stuck in reverse

Went to put my car in park after pulling into the lot, and it janked down to reverse after putting it in park, and am now unable to change gears, sports shift turns on but it still stays in reverse.

Does anyone know what's wrong?

I have called rscv btw, I'm not just sitting here 😭

I can almost put a bet on that the shifter cable bush has let go. Common issue

This happend on my falcon like 3 weeks ago.

Easy if you get a quality bushing. Get a shit ebay generic one and headaches.
