Hey! Anyone here from the Philippines who are currently suffering from HD?

I am really struggling rn, physically, and at the same time mentally because I don’t have any idea where did I get this disease. I always thinkin that I am the only one who have here in my country. :<

Any advice from u guys?

I’ve never been to a doctor for diagnosis. I only did some research and luckily, I found this community.

The only way for me to cope up to this situation is going to the gym for years, which is at the same time, was frustrating bc my right arm was so bad.

Btw I’m 22 and start noticing the changes in my right arm since I was 18.

Hello, not from philippines but i would suggest going to a doctor for a proper diagnosis. It could be another disease and if so there may exist some sort of effective treatment

e.g: nerve compression (could be reverted with surgery)
