Question about the Master of Statistics and Data Science

I would like to know whether someone without a mathematics or engineering background can still be accepted into this program. My background is in social sciences and communication, so I’m wondering if applicants like me are considered.

I saw on the website that candidates with a bachelor’s degree in a sociological field are eligible to apply. However, I would like to know if there are actual cases of people from this background who have been accepted into the program.

I applied with a bachelors in physics, I got my conditional acceptance and have to give an entrance exam which is all maths (matrix algebra, cal I, cal II, statistics) so yeah im assuming you have a chance but you might also need to give a similar entrance exam

We have several ppl from non-cs and non-math background at this masters. However, this masters is heavily reliant on mathematics knowledge. To the extent, that ppl with maths bachelors are struggling. If you are aiming at clinical trial or statistics, go for it. Otherwise, look into other options(It is true for DS, biostat and bioinformatics, since all of them are nearly identical curriculum-wise)
