Lavon and Annabeth
George and Tansey .. I actually liked Zoey and Joel but am totally for Wade & Zoey as end game.
Thoughts?

So I've been watching Hart of Dixie and I am soo frustrated by Wade and Zoe's relationship.
Apparently at the time when the show aired, everyone seems to think that the two needed to be endgame and so the writers made it happen. But I just don't think they're good together.. and nobody seems to think the same so I going insane!
Like I get the appeal of their relationship in season 1, they're chasing each other, there's banter, the will they won't they dynamic it's fun to watch, we're rooting for them, and there's great chemistry.
But then, comes season 2, they get together and we get to see how Ill-fitted they are.
Now, everybody agrees on the fact that Wade is super immature, he has a lot of insecurity and he's incapable of expressing his feelings to Zoe, which doesn't really make him a great partner for her.
What people don't seem to see is that she isn't a great partner for him either. Not only does she always make him feel like her life is more important than his, she also runs to the guy He believes he's standing in for every time something does wrong between them ! Like George is a secondary character of Zade's relationship, how is that "couple goal" or whatever !?
Season 3 proves that they don't need each other. In fact, Wade grows as a person so much more without Zoe and his relationship with Vivian is so much more enjoyable imo. And I really enjoyed that storyline, but instead of pushing him again towards Zoe they could have find someone else. Cause Joel was also a great match for Zoe and I get that people find him boring but her bringing a guy for the city and also turning him into a Bluebell lover was fun.
On the first episode of season 4, Zoe's "effort" to get back with Wade are really cringe and I think if the roles were reversed it would be seen as problematic.
I don't get why she's mad at him in episode 2 for saying he wants to take things slow, giving their history thats actually pretty mature and he doesn't know that she's pregnant so, I guess I am missing the point, so if anyone wants to explain it to me like I'm 5, please do..
And I'm now on episode 4 and every scene they have together is about sex as if they have nothing else to connect over and once again, Zoe wants to keep their relationship a secret while Wade doesn't and that all situation is frustrating !
I just don't like them together because it just feels forced and if you have to force your way into someone's heart than there was never a place for you in it to begin with...
Well that was super long so thanks if you took the time to read, I appreciate it.

The least problematic man in the whole show right here. He almost died and moved right into helping her figure out the bluebell drama. Entered into the fake affair when she asked. Offered to fly her to Paris when she was struggling. He was calm and reasonable when she was wacky and neurotic.
The worst thing he did was speak up for her to Brick and do a drunken zipline. And hesitated to tell her the truth when Brick was setting her up to fail on the cabaret.
He even befriended the Trewitts and pretended to be a magician.
Even their breakup was the least toxic I've ever seen on any show. No one cheated. No one was abusive or mean. He never guilted her like George. Never lied, cheated, or lost her car like Wade. Never sulked or shut down like Lavon.
I want one. Lol

Rewatching for like the millionth time, and I swear the only people that don't refer to George as "George Tucker" are Zoe, Lavonn, and sometimes Wade?
Maybe it's a southern thing but I find it really odd that Lemon calls her fiance by his full name every time she talks to him or about him, even after they break up she runs to Annabeth with "George Tucker is dating!" Like girl she knows which George you're talking about lmao
Maybe he's from a prominent family? But it seems that the Breelands are more prominent than the Tuckers and most people just call Lemon, Brick, and Magnolia by their first names.

Some thoughts:
Lavon is fumbling… annabeth is great, and he’s not getting any younger?? Sorry not saying people should settle but idk, it’s like what else do you want lol. I like him overall as a character, and appreciate the friendship storyline with Zoe, so I’m bummed he’s fumbling this hard 😆
Joel is ok, he is growing on me. But still not enough chemistry with Zoe to say he’s “the one”.
I’m curious if Zoe and George will ever get together? He did need to be single before going with Zoe (or anyone) but it seems like they’ve strayed so far
Will wade and Zoe be endgame?? He’s grown so much, I could see it!
Where is Lemon? I’m assuming the actress had to film something else and take a break?
I wish I knew a town like bluebell, where I could buy a house and just work a random job 😆

Im watching this show for the first time and I think george blows. Hes flirting with zoe when hes married, he asks lemon to be anything but herself and is lowk rude to her. Im on the “heart attack” episode and for george to sit there and blame HIS fight with his dad on lemon is crazy. Lemon was looking out for her relationship and fiancé. George misinterpreting the situation with the reporter and yelling at his father is not lemons fault.

I’ve seen this show a million times and everytime the first couple seasons get me very mad because why is Dr breeland sooo mean to Dr hart all she does is help and if she doesn’t know something about the town she just moved to btw he gets all mad like a toddler with the I told you so’s and what happens if he gets her 50 percent then she has to leave to a city where she has said before doesn’t feel like home anymore he’s just so selfish he’s acting like a child and then I understand lemon because she knows Zoey likes her fiancé but to sit there bragging with her dad about what a terrible person Zoey is even tho lemon has secrets of her own (like sleeping with the Mayor and having an affair) and you can clearly tell she’s trying to be something that she’s not (the perfect southern house wife) she’s 29 years old and hasn’t done anything with her life (as of S1) I know she does stuff later on she runs a bar and marries her true love which makes sense but until then she kinda just being mean for no reason and her dad is even worse let me know what you think in the comments the show is (hart of Dixie - prime video, Pluto tv)

I’m watching the heat wave episode (for the 100th time) and it makes no sense that they don’t have ac in buildings like Lavon’s house. Like ya it might be an old house but it’s Alabama! It’s hot as hell there. They would have definitely added some sort of ac. Maybe not the carriage house but definitely the main house.
I know they have to use it for the story (why else would they be in the kitchen 1/2 naked?) but being from Florida, I just know that would never really happen.
Thank you for coming to my air conditioning rant.

I love this show! Simple, playful, silly. Exactly what I need to ignore the news and social media ☺️

I get it not everyone has things figured out by 30 and 30 is still young, but the way they all act to me seems like characters in their 20s would have made more sense. Idk if that is an unpopular opinion.

Maybe this is the popular choice, I dont know, but I can't ever get over Annabeth and Lavon. I loved those characters together so much and the reason they broke up was so annoying.
I also do love George and Tansy.
Knowing they all don't end up together but still wishing they'll get back together before the end of the series.

I’ve tried other shows like it and nothing scratches the itch or brings me the constant joy of bluebell.
I usually rewatch in the fall but I think I’m going to before my first child is due this October.
