Recommendations Malasadas - Any Place?

I have been craving some malasada Doughnuts. Is there anywhere in hickory or surrounding areas that resembles anything close?

Hmm, we don't exactly have the Portuguese style of donuts here. What we DO have is a couple of excellent bakeries where you might find something new and delicious.

Try Donut Life (Korean owned) or Panadería Odalys (owned by the Cervantes family).
