Central angle with value 1 is measuring 1 radian, which is about 57.296°, not 60° that would form a regular hexagon.
As a result you see central angle formed by the two red vertices is actually (2π – 6) radians, which is about 16.225°.
Desmos uses radians as the unit for its trig function arguments.
