can you still get the Messer?

came back to this game after taking a break for a few years and never quite got the hang of it, was hoping to get either of the Messers but i couldn’t find them, are they gacha drops? are they common? i couldn’t really find any resources on this maybe i didn’t look hard enough

They're gacha 3 stars so they'll be pretty rare. 3 stars aren't super rare but like when there's probably a 100 you likely won't see the one you want.

I don't remember if they were added into the recycle shop yet. So maybe they could also appear there.
