Everything from the albums "Ocean Eyes" and "All Things Bright and Beautiful" from Owl City.

Not everyday you see an Owl City mention in the wild, I 100% agree with you on this

Scizzie - Aquatic Ambience is an easy top choice
But an overlooked one is Tame Impala - Oblivion

Really? I know Oblivion already but to me it sounds nothing of the sorts

Listen to it again, Oblivion definitely has that aqua feel to it and the instruments sound straight from Windows Vista.

Hands down Windows98 by Frutiger Dillon

That dude is the best thing that happened to pop music in the last decade, and I'm absolutely serious about that. Are his songs frutiger aero tho? They sound more like y2k trance pop to me.

A lot of his newer music has been very aesthetically focused on the various frutiger styles. I haven’t listened to much of his older music since I only found him just a few months ago, but I’d say Windows98 specifically fits the aesthetic both audibly and visually. My personal favorite of his is Big Chemistry which focuses more on the “Older brother core” aesthetic (I forgot what the name of it is lol)

Off the top of my head
Alyzea's "dream OS": https://open.spotify.com/album/388IqMks5iUvsKkijNMtht?si=RJ8G7ADXSQ-Ruf6MvHmLZA
George Clanton's "Slide": https://open.spotify.com/album/12Biup1Sq5hpHsX85gJPb2?si=iT6HL5XxS0C1FcyBWeVaOg
trndytrndy's "Virtua" (track 4 especially), this leans more into y2k but I'm counting it https://open.spotify.com/album/4U10KII9DoEqi1uhL0PeGX?si=YvFO0Qh5Qz2vkqenW88syA

Not only is it one of the most frutiger aero songs I’ve heard, it makes some so happy and nostalgic and fills me with so many good vibes just listening to it.

There was a band that was commissioned to make some music for windows 7 (i think?). It was all about the internet and the joys of messaging people online, browsing the web and other online activities. I cant remember the name but they made a few songs that were really nice.
I think it was to showcase or hype up the media player that was being released at the time?

I'd say Stevia Sphere, any album. That girl foresaw frutiger aero going mainstream by a decade.
On the classics, either Fun Fun Minigolf! Soundtrack or Jett Rocket soundtrack, Shin'en Multimedia definitely understood and brought to the limit the sound of the late 00s optimistic human-machine interface
