Game alternatives?

I really want to like this game, but given it's unfinished state and the situation where the devs have abandoned it, I think its time to call it a day and move onto the next best thing.

I've found it to be pretty niche in the sense where I cant personally find anything similar.

Is there anything that closely resembles this game at all on PS5?

There is Planet Prospector that is currently in development for PC. No idea if it's coming to consoles after that.
