Been stressed all day about nighttime mistake

In my sleep deprived state, I accidentally gave my 2.5 month old an old bottle of a little splash of already mixed and eaten formula and his 5oz of water. He was super fussy obviously and only drank about 3oz of this super watered down mix. I didn’t realize until later when I found the prepared bottle of powder that I didn’t use. I’m freaking out though. He’s been a little fussy today and has had trouble sleeping because of it but, other than that, has been interactive and normal. He’s also been eating like normal. I feel so so guilty!!! Will he be okay??? I have never made this mistake before and plan to never again. I’m usually super meticulous about his formula and ratios.

He'll be fine, if anything he'll be hungrier a bit sooner than normal
