Looking for Apartments

Moving to Florence in a couple months, been on the lookout for a decent 1bed/1bath or 2bed/1bath preferably below $1,200 a month. I've found a couple that seem nice but reviews are so mixed I'm unsure where to go. Any recommendations? :)

Avoid anything managed by the Ackerman group. They're not very honest.

Check out The Boulevard. A little dated, but just barely over your price range. I haven’t lived there in a few years, but never really had any issues.
