Fix My Print Good 1st layer. Bad top layer?
Ive had a relatively consistant issue with .6 nozzle and my top layers being bad. The 1st layer is great bed is level .6 nozzle and .32mm layer height has worked before but large flat pieces and even tinner ones have horrible scarring on the top layer causing scraping and bad fitting. Idk what to do now
Ender 3v2 klipper

Try adjusting the Z axis eccentric nut. I was having this issue and I loosened the nut just a bit and it completely stopped for me. Mine was too tight so the gantry bar wasn't raising high enough for the next layer which caused it to drag through the first layer like yours. Not saying that's forsure what your issue is but it's a good place to start
