Fix My Print The surface has bumps!

I am just starting with 3d printing and my printer is new. It was working fine 2 days ago. Then I got these weird texture on the surface. I thought it was a clogged nozzle but it wasn’t and googling wasn’t helpful either. Can anyone explain me what is happening and how to avoid it?

Any input would be appreciated!

I’m using bambu lab p2s

Bambu lab PLA basic dried on ams

I used default settings like .2mm layer height
Auto orientation, auto tree support (didn’t appear though)

220 nozzle temp
50 bed temp

Everything looks like wet filament to people on this sub, jesus...

This is 100% random seams.

If you can't tell this is a seam issue (which OP has now said it was...) I don't know what to tell you. Have you been printing for a while or just lurking in the sub copypasting "wet filament" because that's what everyone else does?
