Fix My Print The surface has bumps!

I am just starting with 3d printing and my printer is new. It was working fine 2 days ago. Then I got these weird texture on the surface. I thought it was a clogged nozzle but it wasn’t and googling wasn’t helpful either. Can anyone explain me what is happening and how to avoid it?

Any input would be appreciated!

I’m using bambu lab p2s

Bambu lab PLA basic dried on ams

I used default settings like .2mm layer height
Auto orientation, auto tree support (didn’t appear though)

220 nozzle temp
50 bed temp

To me it looks like wet filament

Agreed, this happens to my PETG when it's been out for too long. I've never had a dry spool have these blobs

I've dried the filament overnight today and also changed the settings. Tnx.
