Painted bell guards

I got bored and figured this would’ve been a good use of my time.

Edit: Just to clarify i taped the centers off so it can make contact.

Over the years I've painted the inside of a number of saber guards, I always leave a bare patch around the hole where the tang passes through in order to maintain electric contact between the blade. guard and bracket. Without that bare patch you risk insulating the guard socket from the rest of the weapon.
