Not trying to be offensive. Is this meant to be an androgynous look? It kind of reminds me of a character from Cowboy Bebop. He was male but very feminine.

That dude got his boobs of drug's side effects, he pretty much cleared that misunderstanding like immediately to Faye :D

You know the person! Wasn’t he into Faye but also Vicious? I thought that was the implication.

He just "played" with Faye. Vicious was his best friend and comrade in the titan war iircc. It wasn't something "romantical" more like admiration and respect, leading to his final moment.
