Today I was at the vet and this guy asked about my lightning and I ended up giving him a full feature tour and almost gave him a ride because he couldn’t comprehend the acceleration. This isn’t the first time this has happened to me, I have probably done this like 7 times since getting it in March does it happen to any of you guys?

had some guy walk by at costco remark something like 'EVs are nice and all until you want to go somewhere' while I was loading up. Just looked at him and said, well I drove this one to Vegas and back (from Austin) in 115 degree heat, is that going somewhere? He just kept walking.
