That's it. I just randomly remembered this little phrase and kept repeating it to myself and laughing.

I watch a lot of Ray and somehow don’t remember this phrase😭 is it safe to assume he says it in the episode where Robert gets gored by the bull?

No it's from the high school reunion episode where Debra has a better time than Ray does! 😂😂 He goes "did you rupture your booty?" (meaning when she was dancing and having fun), and she says "No, but one time I did sprain my groove thang."
