Two questions re X-Dome guylines

I know that at least one of these questions has been asked on this sub before but I want to consolidate these two questions together.

1. Are 3m (10 feet) guy lines going to be sufficient for guying out the X-Dome 1+?

2. Has anyone tried using a running bowline as a quick attachment method for guy lines?
