Please let me know your favorite campground in the Peninsula for tent camping

Not from door county, but have family that lives there, always disgusted by the “we hate tourists” vibe from a place that only exists from them. Yes, please john, gatekeep the campground that pays taxes for the amenities you enjoy, sad bunch of people in Wisconsin’s peninsula

To be fair, anyone asking for the “best campsite” in May likely will not be able to snag said site this summer anyways lol. I was barely able to snag one back in January (btw I am very vocally from Milwaukee and a full on tourist when I’m visiting and no one up there really gives a shit lol)
