Is this a bone?

Behind my house has been subject to probably decades of fly tipping. I found this which is probably a plastic piece, maybe for a fish tank or something but just wanted to check it's not a bone.

Human leg bone. If it wasn’t you that dumped the body there then call the police. If it was you get rid of the evidence. You could make soup with it.
