Help me understand!

New to this case and feel like I must be missing a lot of info. How is it possible this Allen guy never committed any other crimes? No history of anything? Nothing violent, not even a bar fight or something? And just escalated to double murder? And then never did it again? This is truly mind blowing to me. I’m sure this guy did it but it’s just so shocking this guy went from zero to double homicide.

And what is the suspected motive? He just always wanted to do it and finally had the opportunity? He snapped?

I’m so very confused.

r/DelphiDocs has all the court docs. I would recommend starting with the Franks memo and the appeal if you’re really interested in the facts of the case.

Explain what a Franks memo is and then explain what Baldwins Franks memo was. And then explain why Baldwin had to file an addendum to the Franks because he forgot to include the necessary part of the Franks.

He’s an idiot. Richard is guilty and nothing in the “Franks” says otherwise.

Of course these nuts want to start and prime someone who is unfamiliar with details of the case with the freaking franks memo. Conspiracy garbage and tbh it’s insulting.

Yep. It’s as close to fiction as you can legally get.
