I never heard of him vs Gwen pool as a match up for him and the first Gwen to come to my mind is Gwen Tennyson

Basically Gwen Poole and Superboy-Prime have the same basic premise to their characters: isekaied fans of comic-books (later essentially gods, with what they gain access to).
