Bandit bases not resetting

I am currently trying to 100% dayr v681 but now after playing for 100 hours I noticed that the big bandit bases aren’t resetting, they should reset every 3 ingame months, right? But I have waited over half a year ingame and non have reset, also one Bandit camp I have done like 2 years ago, but non of the bases are reset, what should I do now? Id prefer not to update as I really wanted to play this version but without the bandit bases it’s almost impossible to get fuel and other things so I can’t get the belaz and thus not do every quest, is there a way to maybe reset the whole map (maybe without deleting my base) or just reset the bases, i have root so I could modify the game.

I think that bandit bases in those versions dont reset like they do in our version
