STRATEGY $near protocol

sell near today with 30% profit?

its a small position of mine so no big wins but i was thinking of derisking.

otherwise it could go much higher (approx. 3,8$)

whats your opinion on this?

I dont know if it's the best way to handle it, but, anytime i'm unsure, which is almost always, I just take some. Unless I've given up on the asset and I want out. That way, it can go either way and im happy. If it dips again, use the money to reinvest, you're in a better spot than you started, with more coins. If it keeps going, you wont kick yourself for selling.

We all misjudge. Happened to me with HYPE this week. Bought a bunch of it earlier this month for about $37. I thought 48 looked like a peak, so I sold about half. Kept going to 50.. sold a couple more. Sold a couple at 52, 54, 55, by the time it got to 56/57, I was selling 1 at a time. Now we're right around 60 and i'm down to 2 tokens, this HAS to be a peak... but I still never sell all of it. If it keeps rallying, I'll have to start selling 0.3s and 0.2s. I don't think that will happen, but I've been wrong plenty before.

Sure I missed out on a little profit, but really not all that much. And I would be more upset if I didnt lock in any gains. Usually I go with a pretty simple system, if i'm up or down 10%, I generally buy or sell roughly 10% of my stack. Depends on the coin, somewhat, but as long as its a solid token, it works pretty well for me.
