Account/Membership help with subscription

I cancelled my subscription months ago and have been charged since then.

My subscriptions under my apple account says it expired march 27

i dont have a subscription under any other email. ive checked on other devices and i dont see a subscription.

i literally dont know whats happening.

These issues are why it's better to subscribe directly rather than through 3rd parties (Apple, Google, etc).

When you log onto Crunchyroll, what does it say?

it says im a free member and offers the membership plans. ive logged into crunchyroll through my phone, console and laptop and they all say the same thing

Again, this is why it's better to subscribe directly rather than through Apple.

I guess you need to contact support.  Probably both Apple and Crunchyroll.

i thought i subscribed through crunchyroll. im almost positive i did it through the app/website

If you did it on an iOS app, it's through Apple.
