I run a legally complex local delivery hemp business in Cincinnati, AMA

I run a legally complex hemp business in Cincinnati, Ohio selling products compliant to the 2018 Hemp Farm Bill that are NATURALLY OCCURRING ONLY called The Fountain Cannabis Company. We are a registered business in the state of Ohio. We DO NOT sell delta-8 THC, HHC, THC-P, and other semi-synthetic cannabinoids which are hemp derived (NOT extracted). We sell products including Type 1 Flower aka THCa Flower, Type 3 flower aka CBD Flower, Delta-9 THC Edibles, THCa and CBD Vapes, and THCa Concentrates. We soon plan to have a wider CBD flower selection but currently have the rare CBDV strain “Forbidden V” in stock along with “Green Apple”. All of our products are lab tested with certificates of analysis for each product. We provide local delivery Direct-to-door within Cincinnati city limits or USPS Connect (same-day/next-day delivery depending on zone). We also offer USPS Ground Advantage and Priority for outside the city. We work directly with USPS to ship our hemp products which are protected under the 2018 Hemp Farm Bill as interstate commerce through the United States Postal Service which legally CANNOT be interfered with. Although not required by law, we require all of our customers to be 21+ years of age, no exceptions. We verify every new customers ID for their profile as well so they don’t have to confirm again unless a new profile is created. Our company were opponents on SB 56 in the Ohio State Capital fighting against the re-prohibition of cannabis within the state targeting hemp products alongside marijuana products.

So people are aware, the 2018 Hemp Farm Bill is far from being perfect and still needs to be amended properly without banning any naturally occurring cannabinoid. Rand Paul stood up in Congress against the ban of hemp derived THC, a BIG WIN for the hemp industry. We need to continue to build a CBD dominant hemp industry with a secondary focus on THC. The marijuana industry has no drive to create new CBD strains, it’s up to the hemp industry to make new, therapeutic CBD strains people can smoke, infuse, or use how they see fit. THCa flower should be the second dominant available flower in the hemp industry with CBD being number 1. Explore CBD strains, don’t always think you have to get “high” to enjoy the effects and benefits of cannabis. CBD strains put your mind in a whole different state.

Thank you for your time!

Forbidden V isnt rare, but it damn sure is good shit lol. I helped create CultOfTheFranklin with R33ferMadness on my older account.

At this point im wary of any changes to the farm bill. We need cooler heads that havent been drinking too many pedo coladas on an illegal island first.

lol I feel that, we need a leader that can finally remove this plant fully from the controlled substances list. Our leaders seem to be busy with their own vices and financial securities rather than caring for the people

I have smoked pot for… A really long time.

I feel like I understood like seven or eight words in this entire post.

Which makes me think I know nothing about the hobby that I partake in. 🤣

Here - OP’s company buys and sells products that are farm-bill compliant - like CBD products, CBD flower, and THCa flower.

Precise, we import products from states with hemp programs or under USDA jurisdiction with hemp and sell it retail in the state of Ohio. We provide local delivery for the entire Cincinnati metropolitan area and accept secure debit/credit card payments unlike local state level dispensaries that do a “cash advance” transaction. All products have labs to them which are never older than 2 years old to be PCI compliant.

I’ve ordered from a couple local hemp businesses before, and it always felt sketchy because you never knew what you were getting. Having COAs and legit USPS shipping makes a huge difference. Wish more places operated like that

Thank you, All of our products have COAs to them. With our flower we attach a QR code that takes you to the lab, same with our in-house live resin edibles produced in North Carolina. We are not allowed to sell a product without an official lab to be able to accept secure debit/credit card payments. We recently had a package seized within Ohio by local law enforcement which was later released by the US Postal Inspector once the lab was confirmed by the federal agency, NOT state law enforcement. We run our operation in a precise manner similar how to hemp companies in North Carolina or Texas operate. We check ID for every new client as well unlike many other places.

Cannabis with the 2018 Hemp Farm Bill has been split into two different categories, same plant. Federally compliant crop which was tested to be <0.3% Delta-9 THC, then state level cannabis crops which have no worry about testing early to capture higher THCa levels before some converts to Delta-9 THC. It’s tricky but the hemp market has made it easier for mom and pop businesses to thrive and become successful without all the unnecessary overhead fees involved going state level. I begin growing January 2026 when the USDA takes over Ohio’s hemp market rather than the state dept of alg.
