NEED HELP

So I need reddits help. Car was struggling to get up some hills and then randomly car dies. My car has only done this one other time in a parking lot. Both times my car dies it has started right back up with no issue. What could the problem most likely be . Fuel delivery ? Crank shaft position sensor ? Throttle position sensor. IAC valve ? Vacuum leak ? Serpentine belt or misfire ? Idk I need help . I must mention I replaced the IAC and TPS a while ago and still had this weird issues. Please let me know something

Probably not IAC or TPS. Also not exactly what I would expect for a CPS, though still possible. Not a belt issue. Major vacuum leaks don't usually fix themselves, so that's not likely. Ignition problems will happen under load like climbing a hill, but they usually will go away under light load and not cause random stalling. The best thing to do is get a obd2 reader and look at all the sensor readings, but intermittent stuff is tricky. Is it missing when it loses power or just shutting off?

It’s just shutting off

If it is shutting off like you turned off the key and then starts right back up I would be thinking about CPS. Fuel is also a possibility but I think it would show other signs like running poorly sometimes and not just randomly cutting out. Most things except the CPS will cause other issues that lead to the engine dying, if it is just running like a top and then stops CPS is a top suspect to me. It is always good to do a good check under the hood, wiggle stuff with it idling and see if anything happens, look at the distributor cap and rotor etc.

Oh wait, I forgot about your struggling to get up hills thing, that is more like fuel maybe... When it is struggling does it run rough like it is missing? that is a key symptom, if you can tell us exactly what it is doing

Honestly this also happened on a parking lot so I don’t think the hill had anything to do with it dying
