Trying to figure out that squeak and if all that movement in the front axle is normal ?

Looks like the track bar is the problem. It should not be moving that much. Do you have death wobble around 55 mph?

I just did the 4wd conversion so I haven’t gotten to drive it yet
Is there a way I can just replace the bushing on the track bar?

Yes, but I would check and see if the bolts on the mount up top are loose, and see if the bolt on the trac bar at the axel is wallowed out first, it might not be bushings.
