Trying to figure out that squeak and if all that movement in the front axle is normal ?

Looks like your track bar bracket is moving. In the upper right of the video. It's allowing the axle to move around.

This. Maybe steeting box spacer.

Is frame intact?

Yeah I just installed everything was 2wd
Converted to 4wd and lift

You need to re-torque everything, drive 50 miles, re-torque everything again, drive 500 miles, do it again.

As well as fix the multiple track bar issues.
