Advertising Services New writing platform that features cover art marketplace. Looking for artists!
Hey guys, posting on behalf of fictionite.com , a new web novel platform that's making a commitment to being human only.
The site is brand new and just a week ago we made the decision not to allow ai covers, so authors are scrambling to commission something for launch.
The platform is going to feature a marketplace for cover artists to list their work so authors can reach out for commissions or to buy existing pieces.

If you are planning on advertising your work there, be prepared to post a speedpaint for any work you want to advertise. Any commissions you do for authors in that server would require a speedpaint at the end to stay a member of the community and continue to advertise. We're doing this and a few other things to help ensure no AI-art is sneaking in to the best of our ability.

So it's invite only for authors, thats to help prevent ai slop. An artist marketplace is coming soon but for now you can showcase your work/ services in the discord

As authors launch they'll be looking to commission a cover. Usually just front cover. And they should browse your guys work there and reach out. I think listing existing pieces that you're selling or would be cheap to do minimal edits to would be good too.
We're trying to transform the web novel culture from being pro ai cover to paying and respecting artists, and for many of them money is a hurdle, so i think any way you can reduce time spent to keep costs down would help, but obviously its hard work and you deserve to charge whatever you want.
Just having artists in the community will help keep the culture moving in the right direction and hopefully help you guys sell some art!
